Kristin Fisher has joined CNN's Space and Defense Correspondent team in July of 2021. She covers all aspects of space, from NASA and the Space Force and commercial space companies, to the emergence of Space Tourism. Kristin was born into the sector of space, as the granddaughter and daughter of NASA astronauts. For the last five years, she's covered space policies under Trump and Biden Administrations in FOX News. Kristin was a television reporter in Grand Junction, Colorado, Little Rock, Arkansas, Washington, D.C., which she won the Emmy Award for her work as the "one-man-band" reporter before joining CBS in 2015. Kristin utilized her knowledge in front of the camera to launch Field Mouse Films. The firm specialized in making documentary films. It was also a favourite among corporate clients, including Uber, Starwood Hotels & Resorts. Kristin holds a Bachelor's degree in journalism from Boston University. She is married to her husband at Washington, D.C., and has a three-year old daughter.
